COVID Procedures for Summer Theater Day Camp In-Person Outside Classes




All Students and Staff must wear face masks throughout the day, except when sipping water and eating lunch. Masks must be worn correctly, covering mouth and nose. Neck gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable as masks.

 

Drop-off Procedure:

  • Park in ACME lot – no cars will be allowed in front of theater
  • Walk down the parking lot stairs (next to Kidville)
  • Wait with your child at the Check-In area (by fire hydrant). Wait with your child until they are given a temperature check and then admitted
  • No parents will be admitted past the Check-In area
  • Students will get an Assigned Area that is marked out and spaced according to current safety guidelines.
  • Students deposit their belongings in their Assigned Area – this is their space for the week.
  • Students can bring a chair to their Assigned Area from our storage space – return at end of day.
  • If lunchtime is in-person, students will eat in their Assigned Area

 

If a student shows a high temperature at check-in, student will be sent home. Please do not send your child if they have a fever or show any symptoms of illness.

 

Pick-Up Procedure:

  • Parents line up at Check-In area – please socially distance.
  • Students are released one at a time to parent at front of line.

 

Hand sanitizer will be available in designated areas.

Hand soap will be provided in bathrooms – students must wash 20 seconds after using restroom.

Facility will be completely cleaned and sanitized at the end of each day.
