We will abide by the protocols outlined by New Jersey government guidelines at the time of our program. If we are required to close, all classes will continue virtually. There will be no refunds.
All Staff have full COVID vaccination.
Face masks that cover both nose and mouth are required to be worn by all students, parents and staff.
Masks must be worn correctly, covering mouth and nose.
Neck gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable as masks.
Only one parent/guardian per child at Drop-Off/Pick-Up.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up are outside of the building, area is sectioned off so no traffic can pass.
Front door will be opened for one student at a time.
Non-contact temperature check taken at the door.
Parents do not enter the building.
At Pick-Up, students will be escorted by staff and released one at a time to parents waiting outside.
Hand sanitizer will be available for all to use in multiple areas throughout the facility.
Facility will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each class.
MERV 15 filters for the building’s HVAC system have been installed.
HVAC system will run at all times, even when the building is closed, so the filtration is constant.
Staff and students will be checked upon arrival using a no-contact thermometer.
Anyone with a fever, runny nose, or cough will not be permitted to participate in the class.
Additionally, each week parents represent and affirm that they and all members of student’s household:
A. Do not currently have, nor have experienced, COVID symptoms, including fever, fatigue, dry cough, and difficulty breathing, within the past 14 days;
B. Have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days;
C. Have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
These rules are subject to change at any time per CDC and Studio Players guidelines.
