Every child gets a starring role,
including a solo song!

Plus, lots of fun activities, prop making, costume creation, improvisation, theater games and more!

Our unique program emphasizes self-confidence, social skills, and gives every child that indescribable feeling of joy and accomplishment.

 

 


July 13-17

One of our best-loved spoofs! The Wolf insists he’s innocent, but Red is too cool to fool. Soon Snow White shows up, and even the Three Little Pigs get into the act. When Hansel & Gretel team up with the Gingerbread Boy, Detective Sam Suede is finally called in to solve the case - and you’ll never believe what he finds out. And just why is Grandma smirking?

July 20-24

Some friends are having tons of fun at the Wax Museum. But then strange things start happening and they discover the statues actually come alive at night, including a whole room of their favorite celebrities and pop stars, and they all become fast friends. But then they discover there is treasure hidden in the museum. Now it’s a race to get to it before the Pirate statues snag it!

Dorothy and Alice discover a whirlwind of adventure when they wake up to find they have switched lives. They encounter their old crazy pals and some fun new friends while trying to get back to where they belong. But when the Witch of the West teams up with the Queen of Hearts, everyone must cross through the looking glass and band together to save both worlds!

Aug 3-7

A group of hopefuls, an actor, a writer and a rock singer, take Hollywood by storm in search of fame and fortune. They meet new friends, a fashion photographer, a musician, even a beauty queen, who aspire to be future celebs and claim they have the inside scoop on stardom. When their big break arrives in the form of a music video, will their dreams finally come true? Let’s rock out!

Aug 10-14

A hilarious comedic version of the hit movie! When new student Gabbyyella wants to audition for the high school musical, brother and sister duo, Sharpie and Ryebread, vow to keep their places as the stars of the show. Can Nerf Ball team captain, Tray Doltin, help? When it’s discovered Gabbyyella is the worst singer ever, the whole school must join forces to save the show.
Super fun!

Aug 17-21

The best of Broadway! Each student has a star-turn, complete with big production numbers. Be the ‘good’ witch in “Wicked”, join the parade in “The Music Man”, meet Snoopy and the Peanuts gang in “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” From “The Fantastiks” to “Rent”, and even “Annie” - get ready to star in your own mini Broadway show!

Daily Class Schedule
for Summer Theater Day Online Camp:

10:30am – welcome, sharing
10:45pm – daily planning, silly theme of the day
11am-12pm – rehearsal
12-12:30pm – lunch (offline)
12:30-1pm: prop making, costume creation, arts & crafts
1-2pm – rehearsal and theater game time

Recitals on Friday 1-2pm.

Students will get the scripts and music emailed to them on the first day. Please print out the script and have a way to play the mp3 of the music during class and the recital.

In addition to receiving a free recording of the performance from us, parents and family are invited to be in the online “audience” as well as record it themselves if they wish.
